On Thursday we got to go to the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, then the Little Rock County Courthouse. Between walking to the Game and Fish Commission and the Courthouse we had a nice picnic along the waterfront in downtown Little Rock. It was so great because the kids got to participate in a Mock Trial put on by law students. It was so much fun watching them be the Jury and get to make a guilty or not-guilty decision. They voted "not guilty" by the way. There wasn't any proof beyond reasonable doubt that the defendant "Sydney" was guilty in their eyes. They then got to have a snack of Capri Sun and cookies. On top of the adrenaline they were feeling, the sugary snacks didn't help the rest of the night. They got a bit exhausted, and a little cranky by the time they were back to camp.
